Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Soundwave Sessions' website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Studio Services

Soundwave Sessions provides professional recording studio services including live session recording, mixing, mastering, and related audio production services for acoustic bands and solo artists.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be confirmed in advance
Payment is required at the time of booking or as agreed
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may incur a cancellation fee
Prices are subject to change with notice

4. Studio Rules and Conduct

Clients must arrive on time for scheduled sessions
Studio equipment must be treated with care and respect
No smoking, food, or drinks (except water) in the recording areas
The studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates studio policies

5. Intellectual Property

All recordings and materials created during sessions remain the intellectual property of the artist. Soundwave Sessions retains the right to use session materials for promotional purposes with client consent.

6. Liability

Soundwave Sessions is not liable for:

Loss or damage to personal equipment brought into the studio
Technical failures beyond our reasonable control
Indirect or consequential damages arising from service use

7. Data and Backups

We maintain backups of session recordings for 30 days. After this period, clients are responsible for maintaining their own copies. We are not liable for data loss after the backup period.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cebu City, Philippines.
